Since update the whole sync went bonkers. Installed Onedrive and both Onedrive and iCloud sync started to work. Then I logged in to my main Mac user and signed with my AppleID and turned iCloud sync on.

To start with, I removed Onedrive completely using mand and then App Cleaner -app with full disk permissions. I found out that I also had problems with iCloud sync, where some files in iCloud synced folders (documents, desktop) wouldn't download nor upload to iCloud.
